Question A Matter of Stripes: Stay OR Go?

Hello again everybody,
I have been meaning to post this up for a bit now,
I am having some serious internal conflicts over this matter.

Should I:

Remove Or Keep my silver rally stripes?

Came straight from the factory with them, still look great, but,
this was not my 'vision'.

I love the blue sooo much I always was against putting anything on my car, (when I finally got it), that would take
away from that color, but the Camaro that in the end I came to own came with silver rally stripes over the nose and trunk.

here's a few photos:

Born on Halloween 2009, are the stripes too old to try and take off at this point?

I could always put stripes back on, but I always read about what a nightmare people go through with dealerships etc when trying to get stripes placed correctly on their cars, soo...

but I really like these little stripes:

Just imagine the negative image, CGM or SIM on the ABM.

I appreciate any input, this is a big decision that has been plaguing me.

thanks!

I have always been wanting it absolutely naked, because that blue is AMAZING in person, but aggggh, as long as someone doesn't show me one without stripes or anything, then this looks okay to me, but I really feel like I am settling... :/

I think you just answered your own question. This is YOUR car, never settle, and never let someone else tell you what to do to your car. If your vision is clean with no stripes, then you should delete the stripes. You shouldn't feel any conflict or regret when you look at your baby.

Here's how I feel about it....if you picture the car a different way without the stripes... DO IT!!!!

It's your car, make your dream happen.

Personally, I'm with you... I don't like the stripes on the car.....and the Corvette stripes are a much nicer look. My car is nekkid, and she likes it that way...

"Came straight from the factory with them, still look great, but,

Then make the changes necessary to your 'vision'. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. If you don't make it your own you will never be happy. It doesn't matter what others think.

I like the GS fender stripes (I have them on my car in black), they would look good in silver on yours!
