Let me see those MGP caliper covers

Its ok, dont hide.. I seen couple peoples with them on mostly on background pics. I personally dont think it look bad at all especially if you have a v6 and you dont want to go brembo or baer.
Only if the price was not $200 plus I might go with a black set with chevy logo.

So let see them

I did a little bit of research on this a while back and I think the best thing to do is buy brembo look alike covers on eBay . I think they're a lot cheaper

Yes, they are definitely much cheaper. Oranges and apples IMO.

I put MGP caliper covers on one of my Vette (96 C4) projects a while back after painting the stock calipers. Looked and functioned great. Kept the dust off the wheels.
