Just put a deposit down for a 6 speed inferno orange metallic 2SS/RS with inferno orange trim package! I'm #9 at the dealership! I wouldnt be one of the first to get the car but that's okay. The dealer said probably May.

Good to hear, congrats on your order, exactly like my order but in SS form, the IOM on the Camaro looks killer and i just saw it. My dealer told me to expect my car by May as well.

Tropical Chevrolet in Miami, FL. I didn't got to my hometowns dealer because the price was the same. Might as well save myself 1000 miles ;-)

I had my order in Nov. 18th. I was #2 overall and #1 2SS/RS and was told last week that it would be Aug/Sept. I thoght that the SS was last build of the preorders? Am I missing something here? Congrats on your order.

i wouldn't call it a 'last build.' they're just starting with V6s and adding V8s into the mix

i'm #9 of 8 right now but the owner said there's a very strong possibility that 3 will be thrown out due to possible exportation. Down in Miami there's a huge problem of cars being purchased and imported into south america because they are cheaper here! If GM finds out the dealership is deep trouble. We'll see!
