Factory stripes color? Matte black or Satin black?
Does anyone know what color (black) are the factory rally/ hockey stripes? Are they Matte black or Satin black??

They look more matte to me, my vinyl is satin and it had more of a sheen.

Factory stripes are MATTE BLACK. I just ordered my 2SS/RS, but wanted the stripes to be GLOSS BLACK. So my dealer is ordering aftermarket Rally Stripes and will install them once the car comes in. If factory doesn't have what you want.... There is always another way

I want to get the rear trunk blackout piece that goes in between the tail lights. I have 1 already but it's flat black and I just want it to match my factory hockey stripes!!

i think they call it matte black, but it's technically closer to satin. matte black isn't supposed to have any shine on it. matte black is supposed to be like a black primer.

matte black is flat black. lol
edit: for instance, i bought aftermarket vinyl "matte black" to cover the gold part of the stock chevy bowties, they came in a "flat" black color, or matte black...

Well now i have no idea what to do! I have a flat black one on the car right now but i want to take it off and change it for one that matches my factory hockey stripes!! Well if Matte black looks just like Flat black then that cant be the one. They factory stripes have a slight shine to them.
