Adams testimonial... thanks for a great product
I was doing some sanding in my garage this past week and some of the debris/dust got onto my Camaro. I used my compressor and used the air spray attachment to blow off what I could before I washed her. I doused the car with suds to give it a good amount of lubrication and then preceded to use the huge washpad that Adams offers to wash off my roof, upper portion of the rear sides and rear deck. When I went to go rinse the pad off in the rinse bucket with grit guard, I noticed a piece of plastic buried down in the fibers of the pad. I pulled it out and it was about a quarter inch by a quarter inch square piece, with rough edges. This was obviously something that had kicked up onto the car from the work I had been doing and somehow managed to remain after I dusted off the car with the compressor. Realizing that I had just been washing my beautiful car with this thing in the pad, I cringed at the thought of the monster scratches I probably just inflicted upon her. I gave the areas I washed a rinse and to my surprise, I had no scratches, whatsoever. When I found the piece of plastic it was buried deep and close the the center of the wash pad. This is precisely the reason why this pad was designed the way it was. Any debris gets picked up and moved to the center of the pad as to keep it away from the surface of your car.
I'm just so very happy that I decided to go with Adam's high quality products. Ever since I started using them I've been nothing but, delighted at the results all their products have given me. As some of you may have seen, I do post my thoughts from time to time on Adam's products and how to use them. I felt compelled though to share my story in it's own thread, so people know that Adam's stuff really does what it claims to. And before anybody rebuts and says that any wash mitt would do the same thing... I've had this happen to me before using one of those ICE mitts I picked up at Menards and I scratched the shit out of my car. Actually, that's what brought me to Adams to begin with since I had to do some paint correction and the job wasn't going to get done by hand. Using the PC and Adam's products, I repaired the damage. Very happy with Adams and their products. Thanks guys.
