In need of opinions on exhaust - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Hey everyone, I got my Camaro on April 12th, and I removed the stock mufflers and resonator and had Flowmaster Super 44s installed....how do they sound?

sounds real mean when you step on it, and fairly quiet as it idles. if you ask me that's exactly what you'd want

you should do a "drive by" shot as well, have someone stand on the sidewalk and rev it hard as you drive by them down the street so we can really see how it sounds

I had Flowmasters on my 92 RS. I loved the way that car sounded..

Sounds cool. Did you do the cat back? Or just replace the mufflers and yank the resonators?

yes, I just replaced the mufflers and took out the resonators. It was $900 for the flowmaster catback kit, and this costed me $300, and I like the way it sounds.
