So I've been thinking of doing something a little different with my stock wheels. I really like them, but they're a little bright for the car. Car is Summit White 2SS/RS with Cyber Grey Metallic stripes. I've thought about stripping the wheels and painting them Cyber Grey Met, or maybe just stripping the wheel and then painting the currently painted parts, re-polishing the top and then re-clearing the wheels...

I dunno... I've seen some cool customized stock wheels, and thought it would be cool to have a thread to collect pics of all of them.

So lets see 'em.

Topdown that is SWEET! That's one of the scenario's I was looking at doing. Is it panted to match your stripe?

Thanks guys.

They are painted matte black to match my black stripes... They will also be officially for sale once my new wheels get in.

The last picture of just the wheel is after I had painted them while they were sitting in front of an IR heater in my livingroom baking/curing the paint.
