How much will it cost to custom mod a front fascia and hood?

I really like the front fascia and hood that were used on the Jay Leno Camaro from SEMA2009 and Transformers 3 Bumblebee.

However after searching around for a long time it seems like there's no after market companies making exact replica of the Jay Leno front and hood at this time, and there's no word on GM releasing the front/hood themselves.

The closest thing I can find is the ACS T3 front(1st pic below), which would require some modification on the lower front grille and fog light port.
Do you guys think it's possible to find someone to mod the ACS T3 and turn it into the Jay Leno front? How much do you guys THINK it will cost?

ACS T3

Jay Leno

The T3 ducts from ACS are $400, then you have to factor in labor. Which, from what I have gathered is about 5-6 hours. After accounting for cutting, fitment, and the epoxy setting. If you are looking to do the Jay Leno front fascia you would have to mod it yourself, or find a shop to mod it for you. I know 2SSRS was looking into this, but I do not know if he ever followed through with the mod.

I was thinking about buying the T3 front from ACS and mod the T3 front into the Jay Leno front since the shape and lines are pretty close.

Gary's customs was doing similar hood in small volume I think, wasn't he? Modding a stock hood as I recall.

Sinister is almost the same as the Transformers 2 BB, but they changed the design on T3 BB tho.

The hood looks a lot like the Seibon BBII hood. Here is a link to one of the vendor's threads.....Hood

Wow the Seibon hood is pretty much the same except that Seibon uses metal mesh instead of plastic.

It might even be cheaper not to mod the ACS T3 front fascia, and to just have someone mod your current fascia. I want to do this too, and I think these fog lights really make the car look fantastic..er. I, myself, would not try to do this on my own because I do not want to ruin it. Write to THUMPER20X and 2SSRS they are both individually making these ports so maybe you wont have to, and neither will I. But the Jay Leno Camaro IS the Z28 just so you know. So is the new Bumblebee in Transformers 3. Their both the same car, and they both look hot. And I want my car to be like..DAMN!!! But yeah, Good Luck ck!

Here's some pics to reference the shape from different angles, other than just Jay's:

I know the Jay Leno and T3 Bumblebee is the same car, don't know about the Z28 tho since there's no official words on it yet.
Maybe I should wait a few months and see if someone will make an exact replica of the front when the 3rd movie comes out or if GM will announce the Z28.

btw nice pic that you posted, haven't seen this one yet, looks amazing.

Ohhhhh Trust me. I'm positive that is the Z28 You just have to TRUST me And that is a very good idea and I actually thought of the same thing a little while after the post but you seemed like a smart guy with good taste. They won't be announcing the Z28 until after, this is just my thought by the way, until after the Stingray Corvette is announced, which should be this year to beginning of next because they need time to make money on the new 2012 ZR1, and then the Sting finally comes out and also makes money. Because the Z28 will be extremely powerful, the scary kind, and will be less expensive than those Corvettes. Which to me, this is the best strategy because in the mean time the Z28 will only get more advanced and powerful equipment. I think it'll be around 2013-14 for the Camaro Z28. Remember, just my thought...that makes sense haha but yeah I'm sure someone will do something after the movie, and if it looks like a replica, I'm in.
