3rd ANNUAL CHARITY CAR SHOW 2011

Monday, May 23, 2011

10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Michael-Angelo's Mississauga Location
4099 Erin Mills Parkway,
Mississauga, ON.

Procceds from this event will benefit breast cancer research at The Carlo Fidani Peel Region Cancer Centre at The Credit Valley Hospital.

Fun for the entire family. Barbeque, Raffles, Music and more!

Just show up. I've heard from others that you have to show up early, if you want a spot in the shade (around 8:30am).

Hey Glenn, if you're attending, let me know, we can meet somewhere just off the 400, and cruise there together.

I'm a definite maybe at this point. I'd like to do all the shows I can. I may end up at the cottage tho. The work up there doesn't seem to do itself Mon-Fri (for some weird reason, haha).

Looks like 90% thunder showers may threaten the canellation of this show (I'm not stating it officially, just my opinion) :(.
No updated info on their website.

For a meeting point we will use the Tim Hortons at Erin Mills Town Centre-2655 Eglinton Ave. See the map below.

I would say we could meet at 9:00 leave for the show by about 9:15. Last couple of years the show has been much more popular every year so we will need to be early to get a spot as a group.

Well, the weather held off until well after the show finished - 2 of us in attendance from our group won great prizes and one of us won the 50 / 50 draw

An overall success!

Sadly there were no 5th Gen Camaros represented - 1 person showed up but without his car

I had down pours go through my area throughout the morning & into early afternoon.
