My CGM is a blank canvas!

This site is incredibly helpful. TOO helpful.

I am having a very difficult time deciding which route to go for my 2011 CGM 1SS

I want my cosmetic modifications to have a theme so to speak. I want the car to look "put together"

This is what I am considering.

Hockey stripes similar to TAG's I absolutely LOVE the silver with blue accents. It gives the car a WOW factor without making it look overdone or "ricey"

If I went this route, I would have to go Vinyl, as I cannot swing the painted stripes on my current budget. With this color combo I would also Have my red SS badges painted blue, and add vinyl blue overlays to my bowties. I also like the emblempros "LS3" Zo6 replica badges for my front fenders (Under the camaro logo) Additionally I would also powdercoat the brembo calipers matching blue with silver brembo lettering.

And for the other direction:

Murdered out. I love the sinister appearance of a blacked out CGM.

I would replace the stock Camaro fender badges with black ones. Black "SS" emblems from Defenderworx underneath the aformentioned lettering. Carbon fiber wrapped taillight bezels, and a rear trunk blackout panel, possibly also in CF. In this configuration I would black out my bowties, and possibly delete my front bowtie in conjunction with a CGM heritage grille. I would either leave my brake calipers stock or have them powdercoated red with black lettering, or the aformentioned blue with silver lettering. Of course, the requisite tinted lens covers for the taillights, headlights, and sidemarkers (until I get the concept sidemarkers, I plan on this with either configuration).

What do you guys think? I had a nice discussion with Caverman recently about my first configuration (Stripes) and would love to get some input from the community!

I like option #1. Not a huge fan of blacked out cars. They are really popular and getting to the overkill stage, IMO. And CGM is such a beautiful color, I think the blue would really set it off!

murdered out would be cool but everyone is going that route. Dont put carbon fiber, it looks like a ricer if overdone and its expensive. Im going to go with a white out look for mine. i think some nice blue accents would make your ride look sick.
