Stripe glue won't come off =\
I decided to peel off my stripes today and all the glue stayed behind
I've gone through 6 cans of 3M adhesive remover and i have been working for 5 hours removing the glue! Anyone have an answer??

Try some goo-gone. That has always worked well for me.

I have really good luck with 3M adhesive remover. I have seen some plastic items affected by Goo gone, and have not tried it on paint.

I tried goo gone and wd40. Adhesive remover works the best but this glue is so thick it wont come off. If I rub hard it comes out but I don't want to ruin my paint.

3M> Goo gone. I haven't met anything that 3M General Adhesive Remover won't remove :(
Off topic: what was wrong with your stripes?

Yeah heat helps a little. This is just so frustrating.

Get yourself a can of aresal hair spray (the ladies old style type). Saturate an area and wipe it off with a mircofiber towel........... Finish up with good washing with a diluted batch of TSP ( Hot water & Trisodium Phosphate) You can find TSP at Home Depot or Lowes in the paint department............follow these steps in a shaded area or garage and the results you desire should materialize.
