Need help! - Window tints and 3M clear bra - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Hey guys,

I'm not certain this is the right place to ask, but I figured you guys are in the best position to help!

I'm waiting for my Camaro to arrive at the dealership in the next 5-7 weeks and I'm currently in the process of trying to get quotes for window tinting and a 3M clear bra. I'm also going to get my wife's Chevy Cruze done as well... however I'm having a hard time finding renowned places around NH who do quality work at a decent price.

Can any of you guys who got yours done offer feedback?

All I can say is widow tint is a must and check the tint real good before you leave the guy that did it.

I had mine done in Windsor ct buy mr tint. The installer was Alex and he was incredible. Sorry to far for you guys.

best tint job i've got on my previous vehicles is fron Sonny's in Saugus ma very reputable and they stand behind there work

dont know if they do the front bra's or not ... 1/2 the time its better to ask the finance guy at the dealership who installs theirs and try to get a side job with the guy

I have a really good body shop that can schedule installers for clear bra's and window tinting. He has a great clear bra installer. I have seen a few cars that were done and they came out awesome.

Worse comes to worse, I don't mind driving out to CT if it's worth it. It's a 1-time thing, no big deal.

I just had my Window done at Boomer McCloud on Amherst St in Nashua. $200.00 for the back 3 windows. It's illegal to have to drivers and passengers done in NH (live free or die, no helmet law BUT you can't tint the front windows) They had actually done the windows on my Infiniti G35 and I went all the way around. They do incredible work and stand behind everything. They might even do the clear bra or have someone that does it for them. Ask for Jayme, watch out though he WILL put ideas in your head. He also did a complete stereo for me, looking to do a two tone leather interior and custom two tone rims and tires next year.

You could try Unique Car Care in Wakefield Ma. he's a member here goes by the name rickrack, does nice work on clear bras and tint for a good price.

Eric at Patriot Auto Glass in Holden MA tinted my Camaro for a VERY reasonable price. 508-829-1995

The best part about having him do it...he has the computer "plotter" that cuts the tint for him, so every edge is perfect, and he was extremely cautious/careful when he installed the tint on my car. We did my sunroof too.

I'll probably get the side windows done at 50% with some lightly reflective material so it's not too obvious.
