Lexani Grille

Does anyone else have a Lexani Grille installed on their ride? For a $1200 grille, mine rusts like crazy no matter how often I clean it. So, I decided to paint the mesh satin black and keep the outside edge chrome. For the money, I would definately NOT recommend this grille. After 2 weeks, I still haven't received a reply from Lexani about their warranty. I've included before and after pics.

Thank you. I think it looks a bit better. Still upset that Lexani wouldn't reply and I had to modify such an expensive grille.

I agree it looks better the way you did it but for 1200 it better not. Should have called lexani. Efore you painted it. I would have been pissed but I can't see myself spending 1200 on a grill either.

ummm yeah. No offense, but for $1200, that looks extremely gaudy. But to each his own.

It didn't seem so gaudy at www.lexani.com, although it was shown on a black camaro. It actually looked quite nice when it was bright and shiny. I was torn between the black one or the chrome one...I guess now I get a bit of both.

i too have spent that much on a grill. I put a "rolling big power" grill on my truck and that biotch was $1200. made by same co.
Looked kickass though!
Looks better painted...shouldnt have to paint for the price though.
