when is the LAST DAY to ORDER 2011 CAMAROs !!!

i went to the dealership today to get some prices for a 2ss. the dealer told me that the last day of ordering would be sometime NEXT week. is this true ???

When I ordered my LS in may, I was told all the LS's left in the factory queue were spoken for. I ended up getting one made mid may, but that was just because the dealer had ordered it for the lot months prior.

i guess they lied to u. the online ordering for 2011 is still up. i guess its a dealer thing that they tell customers that "next week" is the last day

Actually your dealer lied to you. As of May 26th 2011 orders stopped and 2012 orders began. As of today, it is too late to order a 2011.

The date i keep hearing is June 2... which is past so its a 2012 now. The May 26 date was the first day the computer would accept the 2012 orders but I believe the orders offically get submitteed the 2nd since they get picked up on Thursdays.

Are you looking at ordering a V6? If you are I would get a 2012 as its getting a new engine with more power and other goodies...

correct me if i'm wrong, the 2012 2SS doesn't have much additonal features compared to the 2011. i think just the dash panel and the ugly sterring wheel and probably a slightly higher price.

nothing is wrong with the 2012 v6, but i want a v8 especially after i did a test drive on both cars.

right now there's one dealership that still has allocation for 2011 models, but the dealer is ONLY giving me $400 off MSRP. that's BS !!! i want it lower plus throw in some incentives !!!
