Ok, well this story is still developing and started over a month ago, but I need to share it with everyone.

A few of you (Spike) may remember a thread I had a while back entitled "Cute blonde needs help new car shopping!!" Because of that thread I was able to get to know CamaroScotty more; he offered to help out the cute blonde, only because they are both in Wisconsin... oooook Scott.

I am sure y'all can imagine how excited I was that my sister (cute blonde) was going to be able to buy a new car from the infamous CamaroScotty.

....Ok, enough back story!...... Jump ahead 6 weeks

There I am sitting at the Iron Cactus (Named one of the top 10 tequila bars in the country, over 80 different types of tequila) on 6th street in Austin and having a good time

Next thing you know my phone goes off; I have an email from CamaroScotty. As I read through the email I realize what it's saying and I have to put my Mexican Martini down.

The email goes like this:
I've been thinking - we will be UNLOADING the V6 Cammy we get almost as soon as we get it. This may arrive in the next 45 days....would this be a good car for Katie? I'm guessing it wouldn't be much more than a Malibu - but I won't know until I get the invoice.
it's suppose to be either a 1LT or 1LT RS, or a 2LT or 2LT RS....

I immediately call my sister and explain to her the epicness of what has transpired. She was sleeping and wasn't amused. So I turned to my party and said.... Lets do a tequila shot! Only I knew why.

....Fast forward another 5 days
She now is ecstatic; she has been listening to me for over 3 years talk about Camaro5 and the new Camaro. She never thought in her wildest dreams that SHE could possibly own one of these machines.

Would this make us the first brother and sister to have Camaros on the way???

After convincing her that the Camaro is the right choice over the Malibu, even though they are in the middle of a winter storm in Green Bay right now, she said she would call and put her deposit down tomorrow.

Of course knowing I would convince her of this and being the big bro that I am I called CamaroScotty and paid her deposit as part of her birthday present

Now why I hate my sister

- her brother threw this in car in her lap
- has not put in her Camaro5 time
- her down payment was paid TODAY
- she will HAVE her car in 40 days
- 13,500 pre-orders bought "sight unseen" and if by some reason she does not like it after she sits in it and possibly test drives it she can decide not to buy. (reasons why she'd pass- if it turns out to be a Manual or if the color is white or yellow)

Thanks for reading my story, I hope by the end of this summer I can post pics of my black 2SS/RS and her V6 ???? sitting in my parents driveway.

Scotty!!! Huge shout out man. You could have sold this to car to any one of 10,000 Wisconsinites, but because of Camaro5 connections and the grace of "some being" you remembered my sister and thought she'd be a good fit in one.... I agree!!

If you are in WI, buy every car you ever get from CamaroScotty!! He will treat you like family!

Great story Kyle. I know exactly what you mean about Scotty! When I first came to camaro5 I noticed right away he was a straight shooter no BS kind of guy. So I got on board with him as soon as possible and now have a 2SS/RS coming thanks to Camaro Scotty.

And you are correct about him treating you as family!

Yea, she is lucky to have me, haha.

I hope it all works out so she definitely ends up getting it. If any of you are near Scott's dealership you should go get a pic of you by his dealer car when it gets in. Then there can be a "I saw Katie's camaro before she did" thread.
