Damn....my 3 month trial ends tommorow,so I called them saying I didn't want it anymore(expecting them to offer me something at a better price)and she says "thank you sir" and that's it!I dont get it,I read on here they offer you something better to keep you.

I would have said something like.... I liked it but I don't wanna pay what yal are asking for it. That's what I said and got 6 more months for $20.

I bet they didn't really term your service.....it usually takes several tries...once you do they keep sending you crap until you give in

All depends on the agent you get. I usually call them up and say that I only like 1 channel, and don't want to pay all that money just for 1 channel. I usually end up getting the $70/year deal. I do like XM just for 1 channel though, that is not a lie :-)

If you really want to keep the XM, call them back and tell them you want the $77 a year promo pricing. If they say there are no promo's available, ask to talk to a supervisor. I always get it on the first supervisor, but you may have to go up to their supervisor. I'm on my 2nd year of renewal at $77.

I'm sick of the commercials on XM. Too many rebroadcasts of regular radio stations. I've been a subscriber for several years now but next time I'm up for renewal, I'm out. Just my opinion.

I was on the XM bandwagon until Sirius bought them. Now, XM is crap. I canceled all of mine (I had 4 receivers) in March. I use Pandora now and love it. Plus, it's free.

Just tried that-they tell me I have to receive something in the mail offering that-asked to speak to a supervisor and of course,got disconnected.

I just signed up again after repeatidly receiving their 5 mo for $25.00 deal. Told them to bill me and that added $2.00 to the bill- do you believe that ? Still not a bad deal as long as I remember to cancel again this Oct.
Made a note on my calender.

Good to know I was trying to that deal and the agent I talked to wouldn't transfer me to her supervisor. I finally hung up on her.
