Yes but you will need a new harness for it to work.

Do you want the RS headlight on your car? if so the wires are not the same on non RS headlights to rs Headlights so you need a new Adapter harness.

Ottobody sells a harness that lets you use RS headlights in a non-RS camaro. I believe the harness runs about $100.

Chrome around tail light not based on RS or SS. That is aftermarket. You have an SS non rs.

All Camaros come with chrome trim around the taillights. Some people don't like it and remove them. If you got your car used, that's what happened. You can get new ones from any GM parts store, they are just chrome clad plastic.

With regard to SS and RS:
If you have a V8 => you have an SS
If you have halo rings around your headlights => you have an RS

If you have halos, then you have hids already. Otherwise, you do not have an RS,
so your headlights stay on all the time. You can switch to OEM hids (w/halos) but you'll
need the adaptor harness described earlier. This approach will be costly. There are also
aftermarket options for less. Scan this forum and the vendor forums for more info.
