New front end again - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Just picked it up last Friday after having the front end bashed up again. Had another SS bumper put on with the T3 ports, but this time added a painted heritage grill and a RKSport Ram Air hood. Also put in forward facing LEDs in the ports. The grills in the hood were supposed to be painted black, but they were left IOM. I'm thinking about leaving them that way, but the body shop will paint them black if I want. Opinions?

Today I also installed the Eibach Pro Kit springs. It took about 4.5 hours to do myself at the auto hobby shop on base, including doing an oil change. Now I need to get an alignment and have the bushings timed. Here's some pics:

I think the car looks great! I would get the grills painted black this is just my opinion.

I'm also thinking about putting the Stillen front splitter on, but I'm kinda scared I'll end up ripping it off. Does anyone know how far it'll hang compared to now?

Just ordered the T3 ports w/ LEDs.

After looking at yours I'm happy with the decision.

Hood is awesome but you should have had the mail slot filled in or stuck with the V6 front end (I assume its a 6 bc you keep mentioning you got an SS front). The double slot just looks overdone. Get the grills painted black ASAP! Don't get the splitter. Your car looks great now... dont get carried away.

Sweet wheels! Love the ports on the bumper!
