And also is getting a handheld tuner like diablosport worth it. If your dealer filled the car with fuel they most likely put in 87 octane, so it is not a bad idea unless you know for sure. Either way the fuse pull is not a big deal and easy to do. I did it myself for the heck of it.

First, a fuse pull will not hurt you at all. It is only going to reset the computer to the high fuel map.

Second, get a CAI (Cold Air Inductions are real nice and quick install), as it will give you a nice boost in power and give the car the sound it should have when you stomp on it.

Third, I would not get a handheld tuner. You are better off spending the money to go to a shop and have it done professionally. Most reputable shops will update your tune if you buy new parts from them that will require it.

The fuse pull should be tried whenever you feel like maybe it's a bit sluggish. You can easily get a bad tank of gas even if 93 octane. If the car senses lower quality or octane gas it kicks it down to low octane tables. It will NOT relearn on it's own.Run down your current tank of gas then fill up with quality 93 octane like Shell. Pull out fuse #5 & #20 for several hours at least then pop them back in and the computer will reset to high octane tables.
