Yes JBA mid pipes have a tendency to throw a code. Not a big deal really. If you have a handheld tuner you can clear it whenever it comes up. Getting O2 extenders will/should fix the problem. You can get some on eBay for not too much.

I purchased the ones below and never had a code. Did you have your battery disconnected when you did the install as I did not and threw a code. Cleared the code and it did not come back for 2000 miles and then I ordered the extenders.
