Help: Anyone with Revolution Splitter

Hoping someone can help.

My car has been in the shop since yesterday, test fitting a revolution splitter.

The body shop send me some pics of the test fit, and it doesnt look right, no one at RevolutionStyling is answering the phone.

The question is, does this fit look normal?

Off topic, but why are you swapping your ACS splitter out?

Revolution has a good reputation for no customer service at all.

The ACS splitter is the best out there in terms of looks, but it hangs too low.

Anyway, if I dont get a response from Rev soon, that ACS splitter is going back on!

This is like a bad flashback. I ordered a Revolution splitter and the fit was exactly the same as yours...in other words, it didn't fit at all. Not even close. The body shop manager I worked with told me it was the worst test fit he has seen in a long time. He said he could finesse it to "make it fit" but it would never be perfect and I didn't want to spend the additional cash for labor on top of paint and install. The part should fit out of the box, right?

I called Revolution repeatedly to ask for help and waited for weeks on a response to no avail. I finally gave up and returned the splitter to the outstanding Camaro5 vendor I purchased it from for full credit. This vendor dropped Revolution as a supplier the next day after he took a good look at the quality and based on their lack of customer service to me.

Too bad...they have great designs, but don't know how to run a business at all. Ironically, I finally got a call back from them 2 days AFTER I returned the part. I must have called 10 times before that. This time, I didn't return their call. I will never do business with this company again and suggest everyone think long and hard before they spend their hard earned dollars with Revolution. Good luck with your situation....

That is too bad. They do have great looking products.

I have been without my car for 2 days, so if I dont hear from them tomm am, I will have the shop put the ACS splitter (which I love!) back on and return the Revolution splitter. Pity, because I really wanted one that doesnt hang so low.

Thanks for the heads up. The most perplexing parrt of the situation is that this was a semi-sponsor deal, meaning I got a break in price in exchange for posting my feedback (good or bad) on the forum.

No, it does not look right. I live near the shop and I know the guys aren't always around and they have been trying to turn the company around with fewer personnel (not your problem I know). I pm'd Dean for you over a Revolution and told him about your post, hopefully he get's back to you.
