Talk to me about the Interior and after market upgrades

I dont have a camaro yet. im buying something in 1-2 years and i might have to go used which would be the current model year most likely. Im debating between a Camaro or Corvette

I dont like the plastics inside the camaro. I had a 09 Cobalt SS and i hated the cheapness of the interior. Does anyone make after market leather upgrades for Camaro? I know the Vet has these after market options.

Iv only driven a 09 RS Camaro and sat inside an SS and i do get the same feel as the cobalt.

Also i want a HUD. is this a standered option? or can it be added later?

has anyone added a 7 in touch screen? I havent found any pictures..

The outside will be Victory Red with Black stripes, no exceptions

I'M DRIVING A 2ss CAMARO NOW,BUT HAVE OWNED AN '02 COUPE AND AN '04 Z06. UNLESS YOU NEED THE PASSENGER COMPARTMENT,GO WITH THE 'VETTE ! UNDERSTAND...I REALLY LIKE THE CAMARO,BUT IT IS NO 'VETTE ! I'VE GOT 2 CAR SEATS IN THE BACK OF THE CAMARO,AND THAT DOESN'T WORK IN THE 'VETTE.GOTTA KEEP THE GRANDKIDS SAFE AND SECURE.

An 09 RS Camaro? Do you mean a 2010 that was manufactured in 09? Anyway you can add HUD to any Camaro later they sell kits, also if you go to the electronics section on the forum I'm sure you'll see plenty of 7" touch screeen set ups...below is my buddy's set up

Expensive, but very high quality!

jmichael99, HUD is standard, if you get either the 2LT or the 2SS, the interior is all leather, however, there are a few places you can UPGRADE the seating, adn as you've seen, there is a METRA kit to install a 7" touch screen. now with all that out if the way.......Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in them...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's and wive's here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!

Jon is easily the best when it comes to interior parts. I would love it if he did my interior.

Jon's (Indpowr) stuff is really high quality. The only limit with his interiors are your imagination and checkbook. I have seen his wife's car that he did as a demo and it is GORGEOUS!

The drag strip is like sniffing glue, it's cheap, it's a decent buzz, it doesn't last long and they are all the same.
Road racing is like China White Heroin, the buzz is stronger, the high lasts for hours, it's extremely addictive and they are all different.
I can't wait for my next
