Chrome Browser Issues

Is anybody else getting "No data recieved" error messages when browsing C5 in Chrome? I don't get it on any other site and it's becoming infuriating.

Half the time I'll type a response to a thread and click reply and it'll come up with the error page, and I have to press back and then I have to retype everything.

I don't know if it's a problem with the code, this particular computer, Chrome, or some combination.

Anybody experience this? Any fixes (other than use IE or Firefox, yuck)?

I get that same message, and not only this site. I can usually hit the reload button once or twice, and whatever page isn't loading will eventually come up. Not sure what the deal is either, but a little annoying....

Uninstall and reinstall the browser. If that doesn't work, restart the modem or router.

I've been using chrome for well over a year and have had no problems until this week. I've had maybe a couple of instances of what's happening in the message above, but even more annoying than that, pages have been "freezing" when scrolled to the bottom. I have to be very careful not to scroll all the way down.

Try uninstalling Chrome and Reinstalling. That should fix the freezing issue..unless you have spyware or something.. Then i'd recommend microsoft security essentials to try to get rid of that "rash"

I might just give that a try tomorrow when I have some time. Thanks!

I get it all the time. I've tried everything that everyone on here has said to try and more. It only happens on camaro5 for me and no where else. I have to keep hitting the refresh button to get it to clear and then it will work for a while. This has been going on for months with no fix in site.

To say the least, IT SUCKS!!!
