BaP + Dual fuel pump

Is it ok to use both BaP & Dual fuel pump setup for +600 rwhp or the dual fuel pump is enough ?

Both can be done but it depends on when you run out of fuel. I'd talk to each pump manufacturer and see what they think the limits are before you need to add the BAP as each one will be a bit different and depend on your engine setup.

I'm using both, no problems.

For the safety of the motor, at 600 or more HP, I would use both... The BAP is tied into the boost, the more boost, the more voltage...

Now i am @ 620rwhp & using both, but i see the fuel pressure droping @ high rpm close to 40psi & thought it is happening cause of using both,i thought maybe this is creating more pressure on the fuel lines & making it drop to 40psi !

Sounds like you might have a wiring issue on the BAP...? I know there were a number of people with similar issues and it turned out the wiring was on the wrong side of the module and it was readjusting the voltage back to stock. Might want to start looking there.

Actualy i had BAP on the car first when i was @ 6 psi & then added the Dual fuel pump setup after going to 7psi & now i am @10psi & not running out of fuel but only seen this drop @ high rpm .

Whos pump are you using? You shouldn't be seeing the drop in pressure like that. Sounds like one of the two, pump or BAP, isn't doing its job fully which is why I figured it might be wiring related. It could still be a ground or power wire on one of the two. There's people with similar setups and a lot more power that don't see it drop so something isn't right with it.

This,

If you are showing low pressure at high rpm, you are running out of fuel.. DO not go to high rpm again until this is all checked... you'll lean out and hurt the motor...

As Synner mentioned, there is no reason you should be dropping fuel pressure... If the BAP is wired in on the wrong side of the fuel pump, the cars systems will drop the voltage back to stock... 12 volts, and you will starve for fuel...

I am running a dual pump and the BAP, and substantially more HP, and my fuel pressure never moves... Steady 60 psi all the time... WOT or Idle... high or low RPM's...

Have it checked, make sure the BAP has power, and a GOOD ground, and that it is wired in after the module that controls the voltage... Also check to make sure one of the dual pumps hasnt quit...

But first and foremost, do not go WOT at high RPM's until you know for sure...

SSE 4 2SS , my tuner says that i am not running out of fuel, it is just the pressure is droping he says, i will not go WOT till checking it out , thank you guy's

Remember this, these motors are designed to run at 58 psi fuel pressure at the injectors... Anything less than that and you are leaning the motor out... "running out of fuel..." your injectors are using more fuel than is being supplied... thats why the fuel pressure drops... I suppose like mine, your fuel pressure sensor is on the front end of one of the fuel rails...

Older fuel injection motors were designed to run at 43.5 psi if I remember correctly...

At 600 hp i would think just a bap and one pump would be enough. Same goes for duel pumps the duel pumps should def be enought alone. Now a bap and duel pump you could have ALOT MORE hp than you have. Sure its not the injectors?
