best axle back exhaust for v6

For all the different exhausts out their. Which axle back is the best sounding for the v6 without burning a whole in your pocket? I am sure there are many threads on this but probably easier for some people to post some thoughts then searching all these threads....thanks

There is no "best"!!! You will get tons of opinions and need to listen to lots of videos to see what is "best" for you.

For me I went with MRT 2.0 and love it (not to say I would not love another exhaust). This was after listening/watching to well over 100 videos and sound clips over a 2-3 week period.

You need to do some reading & take your time. Watch and listen to as many video/sound clips as you can.

, it's all on personal preference...You'll have to hear exhausts your self and choose which are the best....I went with the MRT v1.0 and I love them!

It all depends of personal preference what exactly are you looking for as far as sound? What are your future perfomance mods i.e Headers,Intake. In my situation I went with the DT shorites, Vararam intake, and the axelback Flowmaster and installed one at a time to see how drastically the tone changed so far loving them.

Dacannon - We're glad to hear that you like your new exhaust system. Do you have video so we can hear what a 2LTRS sounds like with headers and the Flowmaster Axle-Back?

I think I acually prefer my custom exhaust. I listened to all the sound clips on here and you tube and didnt really like any of them that much. Plus the prices are more then I wanted to spend. I ended up buying a set of the 2.5 in cherry bomb extreme and put those on. It was a little noisy for the first 2 weeks or so but now it sounds amazing and I love it. Highly recommend these
