Ok, I have what is likely a stupid question, but tomorrow I go to my local dealer and place my order for my 2SS/RS.

I will get the RS, but I don't want the midnight silver wheels that come with the RS package, so I am ordering the polished wheels also.

Should I not get the MS wheels ALONG with the polished wheels???? Seems to me if I am paying the extra $470 for the polished I should get those AND the MS?

Can someone shed some light on this?

I believe you only get one set of rims from the factory. Others mentioned the samething about ordering the 21" rims and getting the other set. I would get what it comes with and have some fun shopping for rims later. I really don't see that much of a difference to justify $470.00.

Nope you just get the polished. Ur just paying the 470 to upgrade to polished it cost more. Personally I like the look of polished better so its worth the money to me.

I do like the look of the polished rims more for the RJT I am ordering.

If you order the GMPP rims, you will get the factory rims and tires in addition to the 21's because they are not installed at the factory and that option is $4000+ so I would expect you get both sets.

If you want the Polished instead of the Midnight Silver 20's, it's a $470 option and the wheels are factory installed, so no, you don't get a whole extra set of rims and tires.

I thought if you got the 21's the dealer had to send the 20's back to gm.

You're paying $4,600+ extra for a set of wheels & tires. You get to keep the factory 20's.

Now that the Camaro site is up the Midnight Silver just looks too dark so I'll be changing mine to polished on Monday.
