end of the 2000 ragtopz

Well, after 11 years, and 157,800 miles of pure enjoyment, I was rearended on I-35 in Dallas when I stopped for traffic at the exit to Love Field. The van that hit me was driven by a woman (apparently on her cell phone) with her husband and two children in teh van with her. Fortunately, no one was hurt. But it was made offical yesterday, my ragtop is being totalled by her insurance company. Even teh adjuster said it was a shame becuase it was in such excellent condition-before the accident obviously.

I do have a hotchkis strut tower brace and a 10 disk CD player for sale if anyone is interested.

As my user name suggests, I do have a 2006 Corvette coupe (which I love) but I will truely miss my ragtop. Just won't be the same without it. Since I am retiring next year, I don't expect that I will by a new camaro convertible, but.....

Sorry to hear that, glad everybody is ok. You might be able to find a used one that's in similar or better condition? I see them every once in awhile.

:( Sux dude, sorry to hear about your ride's untimely demise... Also interested in the tower brace, pics?

On second thought, how's the changer work and how much are you looking to get? My CD player in the dash is toast... Is it the factory changer?
