Looking for actual Top speeds, not the calculations, I've searched and searched, anyone know if they exist yet?

directly on the Camaro website. All Camaro's will be electronically limited to 155mph, except the LS, which will be at 118. (all because of tire ratings)

the 1LT is also at 118, if i remember right. it has the same tires as the LS

Z Rated tires on the 2SS - 149mph and up. 155 limit doesn't make sense

Edit before someone else tags me... makes sense now... The "W" rating was added in response to faster supercars and the fact that "Z" rating didn't have a max safe speed listed.

oooooook... I think I've posted this like 5 times now, but I'm going to say this one more time and then the next person who asks this question is going to be given some stupid answer that makes no sense at all.

the TIRES are not the limiting factor on the SS models... its the Vehicle Speed Sensors... they are designed to work up to 155mph... at speeds above 155mph, they are no longer 100% accurate and, therefore, the speed limiter is set to 155mph.

again, it is NOT THE TIRES that is keeping the Camaro SS limited to 155mph.
