If my order is submitted April 9th...

You know the rest ...

How far out will production be from that? Is it the 3rd (4/27) week out, or the 4th (5/4)?

It all depends on your dealers allocation. If he has room for your order to go in on the next "pull" by GM, could be a month and a half or so. Typically the turn around time for a normal vehicle (non brand spankin new hottest car on the road) is 6-8 weeks.

Not to thread jack but... Mine is supposed to go in on the 9th-13th if the may date holds up, than both of my Camaro's will have been built in the first week of May forty years apart... That will make for an interesting conversation opener.

If the car is started in build week 5/4 when is it actually delivered. My friend is a manager of a dealer in NY and was just allocated 2 more camaros as a favor from GM. GM said they needed the oreder by Monday March 30th or they'd place an order for him. So I am guessing I might make week 4/27?

ok, then i have a question for you... my dealer hasn't even submitted my order because he said they need to wait for GM to give them the ok. does this even make sense? I don't have a workbench # or any confirmation #, i don't even think GM has my name in the system...

Hello,

I asked them to print out my order, they did .....

Push them to put you in the system! And if they don't, tell them your going to another dealer.

See what happens!!!
