Ok guys and girl`s my buddy is putting on our fall track rental at VMP Oct. 28th. Just like last spring, silverfox and others were there to do battle w/ the fastest new mopars in the country and one of the fastest new 5.0`s in the country. Sadly we did not fair to well. Hopefully, we will do better this time out.

Its a great time to learn in a laid back slow paced atmosphere, yes its 150 but you get free food and 8 hours of racing and can stay for the street wars later for free!

LongShots Fall Track Rental October 28th @ VMP (Virginia Motorsports Park in Petersburg Va) Race from 9-5

Burgers and Dogs will be cooked on site and free drinks will also be provided to all participants, as usual.

LongShots is still finalizing the sponsors for this event and they will be announced soon. We will have some great prizes in store for some people!

I WILL HAVE A FULL COLOR FLYER OUT WITH A SPONSORS ON IT AS SOON AS THEY ARE FINALIZED.


OPEN INVITE TO ANY AND EVERYTHING IMPORTS, DOMESTICS, BIKES ... Hell you can jockey a camel down the track if it will pass tech.

BOTH LANES PREPPED FOR SIDE BY SIDE RACING gates open and 9am and 10am - 5PM racing, then stay for T/T Friday night for FREE!

WE WILL BE THE ONLY PEOPLE AT VMP THIS DAY! USE WHAT EVER TIRES AND LANE YOU WANT! TRACK WILL BE PREPED.


TECH -

Car must pass VMP "tech", but a friendly reminder they have been VERY relaxed with us each time we work with them, just nothing stupid unsafe.

**Prices have gone up (sorry) and I'm just passing them along**

* PRICE IS $150 per car - I will need FULL payment before your name goes on the list
* NO REFUND POLICY - if you have to back out for some reason, its on you to sell your spot to someone, once you've done that PM me and I will gladly switch the names
* You will also have to abide by all VMP Rules and Regulations, I cannot guarantee how there tech will work on that day.
* If weather is an issue the event will be postponed 24 hours before hand. It will be rescheduled for VMP's next available date, no refunds will be issued.
* If another date is not available from VMP your money will be refunded.

There will be all classes of cars. From almost stock/boltons to the 9 and 10 second rides. Possibly one 8 second car, an old foxbody stang race car. There may also be a Nissan GTR that made over 1k awhp and I beleive has more hp than any other out there right now. The guy dumps mad money into his cars it has run a 9.01 on race gas/tune, but from my understanding if he goes he is going to run pump gas and a street tune and will probably be high 9`s low 10`s on that. There will be much slowercars as well a high 13 second dodge dakota I beleive is going as an example.

The guy that I buy my methanol and Nitrous from, has a fast drag Camaro around 8 seconds I think. I told him about this and he is interested too. Is he cool to sign up as well. I will be paying you later this week for me.

Muddlefinger, your buddy just needs to contact Mike, and its not me running it, I know I`m Mike too, I`m Mike Parker though, the buddy of mine running the rental that you pay is Mike Shack owner of Longshots. Too many people named Mike in this world...lol.. The rental is natorious for everybody signing up in the last 2 weeks. we haven`t had 1 not fill in the last 4 rentals straight. I think most people wait to make sure their car is ready and that they have the funs and or their schedule permits. So it is possible people who waittoo long mightmiss out, but I`m sure Mike would try and open more slots w/ the VMP staff.
