PTM Modes
Which PTM Mode would you select for general dry driving? I looked it over and decided Mode 4 would be best for me during just driving around. It would give us full control of the throttle to the rear tires with stability control off and a Sport firm suspension. I would use Mode 2 for wet conditions. What do you think, curious.
Five PTM performance levels or modes are available to accommodate the given ambient and track conditions, driver experience/vehicle familiarity and driver comfort levels. They include:

For general driving, as in set and forget, mode 2 for me. Taking it out for some spirited driving? Mode 3. At the road course? 3 (at least until I am a good enough shoe to turn all the nanny's off) At the drag strip? 5 all the way (may not be the fastest, but I bet it is damn consitent).

In my 4th Gen, I'd always roll with the TCS "Off", however, it didn't come close to having 580 horse', so...
Probably 3

For the wet I'll always use 1, for the dry... just depends on who is riding in the car and where we are going.... Depending on how different the suspension feels I'll adjust between 2-5 on a trip-by-trip basis.

For daily driving I would select 2, if a gt500 pulls up next to me then the 500 hunter will be switched to mode 5

I'd probably be at 3 most times and 1 for bad road conditions. Of course, I'm already wondering if "sport" on the ZL1 is anything like "sport" on the SS.
