I wonder how they will fix the rub marks and holes that will occur in that color top?

Notice the date on the radio...HOHOHO!

I recall all the "fail" chat leading up to the day they started taking orders...and then it SOLD OUT in a few minutes!!

Not a fan of purple.....or a color that resembles purple in certain light. Also, not a fan of the rims. I don't see the extra 30 grand there.

You could buy a brand new 2012 2ss vert, and just for a winter car buy a 2010 2SS coupe with 10,000 miles on it......for the same price as this car. I'll take two please!

MSRP is $75k. Their starting bid is $74k, so not over MSRP for that version. Maybe they dropped the price since you posted?

When I first saw the color I loved it. Now that I have the RJT, I'm glad I have it instead !

Just checked the link and starting bid is 68K.
I am going to look at one at a dealer Im going to offer 55k,
If they agree I steal a great car if not so what. Do a search there
are 20-30 of these at local dealers because the 2011 didn't sell out.

They must just keep dropping the opening bid... It was definitely $74k when I looked, and definitely $68k now.

But I don't understand why you'd pay more for this car than you could probably get a ZL1 for.

Saw one at my dealership in person...they are certainly different and very 'pretty.' They were definitely designed for a certain market of buyer, I think the problem is that most of those buyers backed out and now the dealers are trying to get rid of them and are having trouble...

There's three of them currently on EBAY that I see:

I agree. I don't see why one would pay more for this just because of the name and color. I could see if this car had all the amenities of the CTS-V. Then it would be worth the price.
