Pirelli P-Zero tires issues

I just replaced my rear Pirellis and had my front tires remounted on fresh chromed wheels. I got 20k on the original set of rears but the fronts were only 50% or so.

The wheel swap left me with a vibration issue. So, I had the tires road force balanced. The machine shows that my front tires, with 5/32 and 6/32" tread left are junk. They balance out, but there is visible tread wear difference on the inside of the tire, despite the fac that the alignment is good.

The greatest issue is that one of my NEW rear tires takes 5 oz. of weight to balance it. The road force machine shows that is is slightly egg shaped.

How can a new tire be this out of round?

sorry to hear this
1st question: is the tire new? look at the dot number and the production date
2nd: if the tires are faulty and the cannot cure it (sometimes it helps to turn the tire on the rim a little), make sure they replace them by perfect ones
remember: 4 patches of rubber about the size of your palm are the only contact to the ground while driving
the condition of your tires can never be too good
