swirls on my hood

Hello

My 2012 Camaro is about a month old now and it is really dusty and dirty so I will wash it this upcoming weekend I notice that my hood has a lot of tiny swirls on it and I'm wondering if using Meguiar's Polishing Compound and Zymol Cleaner Wax after washing would remove the swirls.

Do you guys recommend carnauba wax synthetic or natural?

polishing will fix the scratches, waxing protects the paint from future scratches
