Fall weather please.

I'm really looking forward to some cooler temps. Here in Austin,TX we should only have on average 13.5 days over 100 in a year. Today we hit day 89, with tomorrow looking to be day 90. Anyone else looking forward to the fall weather ?

I also wanted to add that I am a happy convertible owner. I've only gone to the dealer for a few things. Free Oil change, AC reprogram, reattach seat cover. I am watching the top for issues but nothing of concern yet.

I'm with you. I'm in the refrigeration and air conditioning business ,and while I'm grateful that we were swamped this summer, me along with my men could use a little break.

Me too. It has not been in the 90s here since early June, and I am tired of the summer heat. We will inch back into the 90s this weekend and the top will stay down for 9 months!

Ditto. Unfortunately lately whenever it goes from Summer to Fall we seem to go straight from highs in the upper 90's and 100's to highs in the 50's. So far it's been very nice the first couple of weeks and I'm crossing my fingers for it to stay that way this year. I'd like to have a nice season of driving with the top down. 100 degree weather is not good top down weather.

Oh stop it ! Going from the 70 down to 60 during the day, low - mid 40's at night ! Getting a little cool for the vert last night. Actually had to turn on the seat heaters !
Wish I was back farther south again !

90+ days of 100+ degree heat... and little to no rain at all. Austin is turning into a desert while we watch. It tried to rain the other the day...but the rain evaporated before it hit the ground. I'm not kidding. We have a new phenomenon down here called dry lighting which makes things even worse.

So... bring on the fall! And yes, I want to fly around town with my top down, but we could use a little rain too!

Northern Thailand was 90-95 during the day year round (with 90+ humidity) when I worked there. At night when it went down to 70 to had to wear a jacket or you'd freeze.

Loved it.
