Show me your (non-factory) hood!
Alright, so with the paint issue I've been having, it's looking like my paint guy will be ordering a new hood for my car, because he said after having to strip my current hood to bare metal and repaint, it'd be less time consuming and pretty much cost equivalent to just get a new one and paint it.
With that said, after-market is an option as long as the price is not too out of line with what the factory aluminum hood goes for. With that in mind, show me your after-market hoods and give me whatever pricing, info and guidance you can on after-market hoods. I wouldn't mind dressing my girl up a little. Also, BadgeBunny, I want to know what your hood is and where it came from, because that's hot. Thanks!

RKSport Ram Air w/heat extractors $1200 for hood and paint/install. Are you having to pay due to a paint flaw?

 Unrestricted Motorsports Comp Series Extractor Hood: http://autoagenda.com/2010-camaro-un...extractor-hood The center cowl is about 1" taller than the factory cowl and features two extractor scoops. Flanking each side of the cowl is a pair of of extractors finished with a raised lip.
