Angry Tinters scratched my outside glass

Got my windows tinted last night. The tint looks good, but noticed they scratched the outside glass when cutting the shapes of the film.
I can see it on the rear window, and both "back seat" windows. Haven't inspected the front windows too much because I was about to punch a hole in something when I saw the scratches.

Can these scratches be fixed? If so, how?

I think it would depend on how deep. I know i have buffed out scratches on glass before but if too deep it's harder.

Good luck!

It's a fine white line. I tried some glass cleaner and rubbing really hard with a towel, but it didn't make any difference. I can't feel the scratch, only see it.
The side windows look like about as deep as a swirl mark maybe, don't think you can feel them either.

Going outside right now to double check and see how bad it really is...

They make a polish for window scratches you can get at Advance Auto. You may try that or a buffing wheel and some compound. My son scratched my window with a matchbox car a little elbow grease and compound got it right out.

Tint is normally cut from the inside, it could be under the tint on the inside glass.

I'm calling them, not sure I want them touching my car anymore. I expect at least a full refund and reimbursement for the expense it costs me to get this repaired.

Cutting around the 3rd brake light. This is where I first noticed we had a problem...

Around the entire edge of the back window is a line cut to the shape. Most is not very noticeable- this part is.

Back side window. Both sides look like this.

Try cerrium oxide. But unless you have experience with a rotary buffer? Only use it by hand.

WHOA!! Thats bad! And they totally half assed it. Cutting out the brake light??? rookies. Mine is tinted there too. Light shines through no problem and doesn't look crappy on the outside.

On the phone with the guy who tinted it, I think he's the owner. He's saying it's impossible and that the blade never touches the glass. He said when I come in he'll show me the process and I'll know it wasn't from that. What... really?
Aren't the pictures alone ****ing obvious enough? Look at the lines from the film and the lines from the scratch. Identical.
