It's standard on the 2LT and 2SS. Not available from the factory on any others, though it's possible to get it installed later.

Either you're confused or I have been for a long time, because I thought it was available with the RS package on any model (except LS).

You can only get it from factory on 2LT and 2SS. BUT if you want you can have them installed at your dealer.

Buy it at your dealer and install it yourself. I have been studying the assembly and it appears to be relatively easy - only removing the center console and gear shift lever will be the bulk of your labor.
