Question on ADM guage install for wideband o2

So I`m finally getting around to installing my guages and reading through the instructions I have 3 questions:

1. it says to hook the LC-1 blue wire to a chassis ground and do not connect it to the same ground or anywhere near the other ground wires. What ground did you guys use for this wire?

2. The instructions show how to hook up the Calibration switch and LED to recalibrate the sensor if needed. Says this is optional. My question is this something I should hook up? Either or both? Ie.. will I need it when the sensor fails and I install a new sensor? or will it read the new sensor fine?

3. The instructions state read the LC-1 controller handbook from cover to cover to understand its operation. I did not receive any handbook, did any of you guys get one?

Bolt on best before blower 12.22@113.29 w/ nothing but ARH headers, catted x-pipe, ADM CAI and a tune on stock Pzero`s!

Other car 2008 C6 Ls3, z51, A6, Npp Exhaust, best bonestock pass 11.80@118.82, Number 2 on the Corvette Forums Bonestock fastest list..

Thanks Andy!
So where do you guys usually run that blue wire that has to go to a seperate chassis ground away from the other grounds?
