Hey guys,

can anyone help me find a lower grill to match the heritage grill on my 2011 camaro? I looked at the T-Rex but they don't look as good as these:

Where can i get the lower insert? I've searched everywhere for just that lower insert but came up with nothing

Check out street scene. Here's a pic of mine with the optional ports that I had painted. You can get a grille that goes all the way across without the ports.

yeah but i was wondering where can i get that lower grill. because the ones that came on my camaro looked like these:

Both grilles you are referring to are stock. One is the SS grille and one is the V6 grille. They are different sizes and not interchangeable.

I have a 2011 V6 2LT/RS. Can't I purchase the SS lower grill?

You can purchase it, but as I said, the lower grilles are different sizes between the SS and the V6 cars. An SS lower grille will not fit your V6 car unless you replace the entire front bumper with an SS bumper.

can i still install my "RS" embelem on the new H Grille?

you can install your RS emblem, but you have to trim the braket that holds it in.

I was not a huge fan of those. Somewhat because of the problem matching. This is what I did.

How exactly did you attach the RS to the grill. I have my SS emblem in the same spot but it held in by temporary means at the moment.

its been a year and a half ago now, so i went out and took a look. I had to trim the 2 legs of the rs emblem and attach it to the grille with 2 clips like the ones that came off the factory grille when it was removed. you had to trim the emblem in such a way that it woul line up with the bars of the heritage grille. you don't cut the legs off, just make them thinner to fit between the bars. I did't use the original back-up bracket from the RS emblem, just the 2 clips. A picture is worth a thousand words but I don't have one so I hope this helps.
