Just wondering witch one are you going to do and why? I'm leaning more towards scosche since I want to do a kenwood. What's your thoughts?

if you go with Alpine i think you have to use there head unit.With Scosche i think you can use any double din unit.Metra its not for me

I waited 4 months for either of the other kits to come out, so i got the metra. This was back in april. Where are the other 2 kits now?????

Isn't that the truth? I am still waiting on Alpine.

I am going to get the Alpine, I have the Alpine INA-W900 DVD so I want to have it match and it looks very nice. I have waited this long might as well keep waiting.
Austin, what are those two switches on the driver side? Lights?

That looks pretty sweet painted! And scosche and alpine have confirmed that they will be out in November. So I still can't decide what I like better

one switch is for my green halos, and the other for the power inverter (in the trunk) to play my xbox on the screen:

Does the weather ever effect the xbox? Like the getting really hot inside the car in the summer? And the getting really cold in the winter? I'd like to do a xbox in the car but that would be my only worry.

Ive had it in there nonstop since august. So, its been in heat over 100 when i was in NC, and its fine so far. Ill let you know about the cold in a few months, but its dropped to high 30's here at night, and still running fine.

If your going to get a new xbox 360 get a 4 yr square trade warranty on it for like $40 and youll be set for 4 years if the weather does anything to it. Thats what my neighbor did with his vizio led tv that he leaves OUTSIDE in his screened in porch year round in ohio. Its its fine after 2 years, even through the dew in the morning, and all.
