L99 Tune only record??

I have searched a good bit and the fastest e.t. I have found for a stock l99 with just a tune was 12.7x.....Is this correct? I am going to memphis if the weather holds out this upcoming thursday and plan on making that record mine! Hopefully the weather holds out as I don't see anything scheduled on their track calender for nov. yet.

12.7 won't even get you on the list period. You have a tune so you are in the "bolt on" class. You need to run better than a 12.59 to even make the last L99 spot.

Tune only i seriously doubt you will run a 12.59.

Stock fast list means no tune.

I don' care about the camaro5 list. I am just asking about a tune only l99. The lists on this site don't mean anything to me, what does is what the fastest tune only is, whether it be here, ls1tech, moderncamaro etc...

I was asking what the record was, do I think I can run a 12.69 in good weather? yep. Do I know that, nope. Just wanting to find out if anyone knew what e.t. was the target.

That's a pretty good time for tune only... I guess the best list you could compare to is the external bolt on list... Keep at it....

I would even return the tune to stock and see what it does now that you have miles on...

I thought about that, but If the car runs good then I figure people will just doubt that I flashed it back stock...lol.

I haven't been keeping a "tune only" record. But based on the fastest stock
L99s running 12.8s, tune only record (if we kept one) would probably be down around 12.6s or so, but that's just a guess.

Anything faster than 13.0 (tune only) is a fast run.

Thanks! Its so hard to find a tune only slip..lol. I just want to document as I go along. Hopefully I'll break into the 12's at least.
