Sig Size
So, I understand that the sig size is 700x200 pixels, or no larger than 146.2KB or something like that. When I go to Photoshop to create a blank file for that pixel size, the file size is at 410 KB already. Are you guys compressing the pictures for the sig with another program or something?
Any help is appreciated, and I'm pretty computer literate so I'm not completely at a loss here.

Make the Resolution 72 and save it as a jpg and as a MEDIUM file size and it would only be about 17 kb
