Just wanted to ask a question if the cloth panels on my 1SS can be stripped and sanded and painted?

Yes. There is plastic underneath the cloth.

Well I've got like 30 min to kill til my next class, figured I'd help out where I can. Also there are a bunch of DIYs in the DIY section for this mod.

The PITA is getting all the glue off first. I vinyl wrapped some panels that had cloth, it's a real pain.

Took the cloth off mine, used lacquer thinner to remove the glue. Dealer sprayed Aqua Blue and clear on them. Love it
