Good spot/switch kit for Ls fogs
Wheres a good place to by a switch kit that looks nice, and where did you mount it? I have the fogs and plan on cutting my bezels once I get the wiring and switch.

From what I understand the Bcm can not be updated, there seems to be an open case with gm about this. I would definitely like the stock switch , just doesn't seem possible. any one with a Ls jimmy rig a stock switch?

You can't Jerry rig it. It just has one data wire going to it. You need to update the BCM to use the stock switch.

From what I understand the bcm has to be updated for the oem switch to work. I ve read theres an open case with gm to get a update for the Ls but as off now the dealers cant update our cars because Gm hasnt released any thing. Its like gm expects us to leave those ugly black covers on : /

Woops thought it disnt post last night hmmm are tou surethat would work because im willing to do it. Ive just heard it isnt possible to update the bcm in the Ls to use the switch

That's what i always thought. I went to my dealer and they said no. So when i get fogs I'm going to install a switch like desertcamaro.
