L99 Dies 2 or 3 times at cold startup

I have a 2011 SS L99 with 7500 miles on it and this morning I went to start my car and it died after about a second 3 times before it started on the 4th try....then after work it died 2 times before it started. It is 30 degrees here,so dont know if its just cause its cold. It has always idled rough at startup but never has died....Any Ideas?

Well I actually had water in the gas I bought. I bought some ISO HEET and used that and topped off and problem gone.
