Daytime running lamp bulb is dead. Check the side that isn't blinking in the front or back for a dead bulb.

Change the bulb out on the side that doesn't blink.

Means you've got a bad turn signal bulb..... usually on mine, when the light stays on, you can stand outside and the turn signal will stay on, so the one that isn't on is the one that's burnt out

Or you could have a '98-02 T/A with a dual filament bulb that will NOT go out when that fault is tripped on the dash. Talk about a pain seeing that for the first time..

Turn signal.. Y U NO WURK- Dual Filament!? FFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUU!!! /reddit

It's one of the bulbs. This is exactly what happened to my car.

You need to get under the car and pull the bulbs. Check them all because just ONE bulb out will trip the blinker to go solid AND kill the lights on that side no matter which bulb (front or back) failed.

Check LS1tech.com for more information.

You can go from the top and reach under the headlamp to unmount the bulb from the blinker.. I have the same issue but instead of replacing the blinker bulb i replace the fog lights

When that happened to my car I replaced the flasher and it fixed it, try that maybe. easier to get to than getting the bulb... and flashers are pretty cheap

I remember my discovery of this. Kept checking and was like WTF!? Although a 98+ Camaro should have the same problem.
