whats the best supercharger to use for a daily use camaro in hot weather?

I have the Maggie TVS2300 with no issues here in Texas.. As most of you know, we had one Helluva Summer here !!

Maggie TVS2300 for me, too. Gets hot in the summer where I am, Winter it stays in a climate-controlled garage guarded by a golden retriever.

I'd have to agree. All superchargers are decent for a time in hot weather, but most roots style can heat soak really bad (especially an E-Force).
A centrifugal supercharger such as ECS or ProCharger typically has much less heat soak problems than any other s/c, unless of course you go with RX's Super Chiller

whipple here in TEXAS with great results... IF sc2150 would get down here to texas with a chiller for me it would be even better.. But i have not had any issues with IAT!

unless your drag racing, the heat will not be a real issue...i am in florida and heave beeen running a kb for well over a year, and it has no problem kicking the tires sideways anytime i need it...but running wot , for 1/4 mile, is totally different,, heat can make a diff on performance..but heat will not make any diff on street driving...even though my kb has hit iat temps of 160, the power is plenty..octane and tune is the most inportant factor for sc..

It is true, for normal driving in HOT weather, most superchargers are fine. And really, drag racing isn't horrible either.
In a drag race, the engine runs for a minute, does a burn out, full throttle for 11 seconds, idles back in line, and is done for several minutes. Drag usually has more stress on the transmission, diff, and the rest of the drivetrain, than it does on the engine itself.
Road course racing is 20+ minutes of full throttle 80% of the time, with some partial throttle, feathering, and engine braking. Much more stress and heat on the engine.
