Now I know why I didn't get my welcome package. Because My Dealer Is An Idiot!!! I just got a copy of my order from the guy who places them, and the address is for someone else-- in my name. WTF???? I've been buying cars from this dealer for almost 20 years--hell, I just bought an 08SS Impala last year, AND THEY STILL CAN'T GET IT RIGHT.

$%#@$%^^&*()*&%$##@!#$$.

Order has been in since Day 1. How can they be that @#$ STUPID???

that sucks, but at least it wasn'y such a big deal like, oh lets say, not gatting you order placed.

Atleast the order itself is right. I was double-checking again because it's been mentioned that the RS package has dropped off of some orders when changes were made. I dropped the 21" tire package [$5 grand a little to high for me],changed car color from black to silver and dropped the sun roof.

Good thing he mailed me a printout.

Have I mentioned that I still havent gotten my welcome kit? I don't think it's your dealer... I think its the marketing company

Your dealer can still get you one if he calls GM by April 30th.

Like Milk (chocolate?) said, at least your order was submitted correctly! And you found out in time to still get one, but you know you should have gotten a copy of your order back on day 1, or at least shortly after.

LOL this will be the 4th car I have bought from this dealership and he also got the address wrong on my workbench order but since I have had Chevys for so long and finance through GMAC the the address on my welcome kit was correct.
