I'm interested in putting an event together in Richmond, VA area.

Hello everyone. I'm interested in putting together a Camaro event in the Richmond, VA area. I have never done this before and would like a little help with the correct way have to have a succesfull event. Nothing fancy just a bunch of good people for Camaro conversation and food when the weather breaks.

A nice meeting place, big enough parking lot, and food is ussually good. Sort of like when we met at BBW in Woodbridge...Correct spot, right?

Let me know when you are setting it up. I would love to attend. Give notice so more can attend.

Hopefully this helps.

If you plan it, they will come..... I was thinking of setting 1 up in March. Bass Pro had a huge lot & food was good. It would be a good chance to get a lot of us out from the area to come. PM me some info. I can bring it up at our HRCC meeting this Wednesday. I know 40again from Maryland was wanting to do a get together also. Could be pretty big turnout.

You set it and I will come down and let others know.....

But here are a few examples of setting up a meet and greet....

Most do some type of Cars and Coffee but whatever you do it needs to be next to something else to do.....

I would make sure its ok with them 1st. Private property, & they have the right to not let group stay, even if in parking lot. Don't believe it would be an issue. If its set at a place to eat & they know how many are coming it opens up a lot of doors. Wings / Ribs / Burgers always work for food. Parking has to be considered, as well as time for meet to start - end.

Last year we had a ALL GM Cruise In at Bass Pro Shop in March, I haven't heard weather that is going to be a repeat event. That was a good location in Ashland.
